Online shop shipping costs within NZ/AUS: FREE my friends. Whoop, whoop.
Delivery time: Online shop: In-stock items please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within New Zealand. Overseas In-stock items should be received in between 7 - 10 business days from order date.
CARE INFORMATION
Gameface.co.nz is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colours due to washing of the shirts. It is also best to remove shirts immediately from the washer in order to prevent bleeding of colours. Wash inside out, use cool water and hang dry. Do NOT iron over the screen print. Gameface accepts no responsibility for damage to products when correct care instructions (as specified on products) are not adhered to. DO NOT dry clean sublimated garments.
WRONG SIZING
Our online shop has a sizing chart so that if you have any doubt you can simply click the size chart and compare to one of your garments by comparing the measurements. Please check size availability so you can be sure we have your size in stock.
Products that have been worn, or have labels removed will not be exchanged.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED
Please contact customer service on E: joe@gameface.co.nz for instructions. Please save/retain the original packaging and damaged goods for return.
FAULTY GOODS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it is faulty, simply return it and we will exchange the item. We will cover the cost of the return and replacement goods. NOTE: this must be done within three weeks of purchase, and items will not be replaced when it is obvious the care instructions have been ignored. To return a faulty product please follow the below instructions.
1) Email all your details including invoice number to joe@gameface.co.nz, Please also include a detailed description of the garment and fault.
2) We will quickly assess your information and email you back providing you with a return code and address.
3) Once the faulty item is received we will assess and likely replace the item. You will be supplied with the exact same garment style and size where possible.
All transactions are completed in New Zealand dollars.
